Lara has a Master's degree in Dietetics with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from OU.In addition,she is a personal trainer.Lara has customized nutrition and fitness plans for a variety of clients from all ages.Her contagious passion for fitness and nutrition and practical approach to health inspires her clients to succeed in achieving their goals of a healthier lifestyle. Lara has set up health and weight loss programs for numerous corporations and groups.Lara is on the Board for the Oklahoma Dietetic Association and has also been selected as the state media representative for the ODA. Lara's energy, enthusiasm, and approachability allow her to connect with a broad range of clients. She believes in empowering her clients by creating personal relationships in a supportive environment. Through her counseling practice, Lara helps her clients lose weight, become healthier and increase their energy level.In addition to nutrition and fitness,Lara has a passion for running and yoga.She loves to cook and entertain for family and friends.
